These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between sporty and its users. By accessing the sporty platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read these terms and are committed to following them.

sporty reserves the right to change, revise or update these terms and conditions at any time. If you continue using the platform after updated terms are published, you will be considered to have automatically accepted those changes. Please visit this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, sporty's decision shall be considered final.

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to create an account on the sporty platform. Registration by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. sporty may request a government-issued ID or other documents to verify age at any time. Providing a false age will result in the account being closed immediately, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account on sporty. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled. Multiple members of the same household operating more than one account will face the same consequences.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must fill in your real name, mobile number and other details correctly at the time of registration. sporty reserves the right to cancel any account where false or incorrect information has been provided. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, notify the sporty support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on sporty is ৳500. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). All deposits must be made in the name registered on the account — deposits through third parties are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Before processing a withdrawal, sporty will verify your identity and confirm that wagering requirements have been met.

3.3 Third-Party Payment Restriction

Deposits and withdrawals on a sporty account must be made using the account holder's own payment method. Transactions from a mobile banking account or bank account registered in someone else's name are not permitted. If this condition is violated, the relevant funds may be held.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The sporty welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus funds, you must wager ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

4.2 Friday Special Reward

The sporty Friday Special Reward can be claimed each week by making a qualifying deposit on Friday — 50% of the deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000, with a 15x wagering requirement and a minimum deposit of ৳500.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• Bonuses and promotions apply only to active and verified accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement for a promotion has been completed, that bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time — you must complete the requirements of one bonus before accepting the next.
• sporty reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• The terms of any bonus or promotion may change at any time.

4.4 Birthday Reward and Referral

sporty birthday gift: a reward of up to ৳1,500 can be claimed once during the birthday month registered on the account, with a 10x wagering requirement. Refer a friend and win with sporty: after each successful referral, once the referred friend completes their first deposit, the referrer will receive a reward of up to ৳2,000, with a 12x wagering requirement. sporty's verification process is mandatory in both cases.

The sporty VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.

5.1 Weekly Cashback Rates

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

5.2 Cashback Calculation Method

Weekly cashback is paid at the applicable rate on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

5.3 VIP Tier Changes

Regular and active participation gives you the opportunity to move to a higher VIP tier. sporty determines VIP tiers based on specific criteria and reserves the right to change those criteria. Cashback is provided as a credit and is not cash.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sporty platform:

• Any form of fraudulent or artificial betting patterns.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using software, bots or any other automated method to bet or play games.
• Threatening, harassing or behaving offensively toward sporty staff.
• Attempting to access the platform's systems or steal data.
• Any activity related to money laundering or financial fraud.

If any of the above activities are proven, sporty will immediately close the account and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited. sporty also reserves the right to take legal action where necessary.

8.1 Service Continuity

sporty strives to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues or other reasons. sporty does not accept liability for compensation in such cases.

8.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes any irregularity in a bet or game result, sporty reserves the right to void that result and refund the relevant stake. sporty's system records are final — screenshots or other evidence provided by the user may not be accepted.

8.3 Mobile App

sporty's Android (APK) and iOS apps are available through official channels. sporty is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of apps downloaded from third-party sources.

sporty reserves the right to close or suspend any account if necessary. In the event of account closure, any legitimate balance will be returned, unless a decision has been made to forfeit it due to fraud or a breach of terms.
